Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout.


Unclaimed Packages

Parcels remain at the pick-up point for 7 days. If the package is not collected within this time, it will be returned to us.
For unclaimed packages, the customer will be charged for shipping costs both to and from the delivery location.


Right of Withdrawal & Return Policy

Customers within the EU are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. For customers outside the EU, local consumer laws apply.

  • To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order and return the product within the same period.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

  • For a full refund, the product must be returned in its original and intact packaging. If the packaging or product is damaged, we may apply a deduction of 30–100% of the product’s value, depending on the extent of the damage.

  • Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund unless otherwise agreed.

The item must be packaged securely to prevent damage during return transit. Any damage caused by insufficient packaging may result in further deductions from the refund.

Exemptions from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Opened packaging or broken seals.

  • Gift cards.

  • Self-adhesive products intended for direct application to the skin.

  • Similar or comparable products for hygiene or health protection.


Warranty

We offer a 6-month warranty on our products, excluding consumable items such as razor blades.
Some manufacturers may offer longer warranties, as stated in the product description.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by negligence, misuse, or improper handling.


Complaints & Defective Products

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible.
Within the EU, customers have the right to make a claim within 3 years from the purchase date, provided the defect was not caused by misuse. Outside the EU, local laws apply.

For approved complaints, we will cover the shipping costs for returning the product (excluding any optional registered post or tracking upgrades).
We follow the recommendations of consumer protection authorities in the event of disputes.


Data Protection & Privacy

We process your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws (including GDPR for EU customers).
We store only the information necessary to fulfill your order, such as name, address, email address, and, if provided, a phone number for delivery notifications.
We do not store sensitive data such as personal identification numbers or payment details.


Fraud Prevention

Orders placed under another person’s name or address without their consent will be reported to the police.
We log IP addresses for all orders and reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders suspected of fraud.
